GMS in the Werks: The Kimble’s

For this week’s blog, we are highlighting a gorgeous project we recently finished up. In this project, we installed new countertops and fireplace surround tile for Sean and Stacey Kimble. We were so happy about how great this project turned out that we wanted to share some of the details!

Kitchen

We were so excited to help execute this kitchen renovation, and we are in love with the way it turned out! Our team installed a quartzite countertop called “invisible”, and our customers loved it! This specific quartzite was a beautiful choice, and turned out to look really great in the entire kitchen design. 

As you can tell in the photos, these quartzite slabs were very unique and had an almost marble design. The dark veins stand out, and compliment the white in the quartzite very nicely. Quartzite is a very durable natural stone material that is a perfect kitchen countertop choice!

Fireplace

In this project, we also installed a new fireplace surround! The tile we used for this fireplace surround is called Tetris Blanco, and it turned out to be amazing! Tile fireplace surrounds are becoming more and more popular, as they add a unique design element to any space!

We absolutely love this tile, and believe it would look great in a bathroom or as a kitchen backsplash as well!
