GMS In The Werks: Nebraska Home Renovation

In this week's blog, we're thrilled to showcase a recent natural stone countertop project for a homeowner residing just outside of Omaha, Nebraska. For this project, we seamlessly installed new granite, quartz and quartzite surfaces throughout the home, bringing these homeowner’s dreams to reality! Everyone involved was very happy with how the project turned out, and we can’t wait to tell you more about it!

In this project, we used a variety of different natural stone materials, as well as quartz, throughout the entire home!

We started by installing new Taj Mahal quartzite countertops in the kitchen! Quartzite is a top natural stone material you can choose for your kitchen countertops, and the soft white mixed with the gold veining of the Taj Mahal was the perfect fit for this kitchen design!

Next in this project, we installed Calacatta Miraggio Gold Quartzite countertops in the master bathroom of the home. The white color of this stone makes for a clean and modern design in this space!

From the master bath, we moved into the living room where we installed a cozy yet elegant fireplace mantle using Absolute Black Granite! This stone looked great and matched with all of the other colors in the room. 

Next up is the laundry room, where we installed Etheral Haze Quartz countertops throughout! These countertops gave this room a nice clean look and feel!

From here, Cosmos Schist Granite pretty much steals the show. We installed this specific granite in the patio bar room, the second bathroom, the shared bath and the family room bar! The darkness of this stone really contrasted well with the other white colors throughout the home!

Lastly, we finished up with the wine room bar top, as well as the garage bar and boot wash, where we installed Platinum Dream Quartzite!

This project was a great example of how using many different natural stone materials, colors and styles can bring everything together. We had a great time performing this project for our client, and are so happy with how it turned out.
