As 2024 came to an end, so did one of our last projects of the year! Our team had the opportunity to work on a new construction build located in the Linden Estates Development area in Omaha, NE! In this project, we installed new natural stone countertops throughout the home, including the kitchen, bathroom, primary wardrobe, office, pantry, and more! We are very proud of how well this project turned out and are very excited to walk you through it!
The kitchen and pantry were two standout areas in this new home, with carefully selected natural stone that balanced both functionality and beauty. For the kitchen perimeter and island with the sink, we chose Infinity White Quartzite. This polished stone, with its sleek and modern aesthetic, brings a sense of spaciousness and light to the kitchen. We also applied a Pencove edge to the countertops, adding sophistication and smooth lines that perfectly complement the design.
The second kitchen island features Belvedere Quartzite, also with a polished finish. The unique veining in this stone added depth and elegance to the kitchen, making it an ideal choice for this high-traffic area. The combination of Infinity White and Belvedere Quartzite offers a harmonious blend of cool, bright tones, creating a clean and airy feel for this bustling hub of the home.
In the adjacent pantry, we continued the look of the kitchen with Infinity White Quartzite, offering seamless flow throughout the space!
The mudroom and powder room were upgraded with luxurious yet practical stone choices. The same Belvedere Quartzite selected for the mudroom is perfect for high-traffic areas, offering both style and durability!
For the main level powder room, we opted for Nero Marquina Marble. The deep, rich tones of this marble add a dramatic and refined element to the space. We also designed a custom backsplash to enhance the beauty of the marble, creating a unique statement piece in the powder room.
The primary bathroom was designed to offer both elegance and practicality. We chose Palissandro Bluette Marble for the vanity countertops, adding depth and texture with its unique veining. Finished with a polished surface and an Ogee edge, the marble’s natural beauty shines through, making it the perfect material for this luxurious space.
The shower was designed to continue the luxurious feel, with the same Palissandro Bluette Marble extending onto the walls.The combination of these stones in the primary bath and shower creates a spa-like experience, elevating the entire bathroom to a new level of luxury.
The office and primary wardrobe were designed to reflect both functionality and luxury. In the office, we chose to use Belvedere Quartzite, creating a unified and elegant flow throughout the main level of the home.
For the primary wardrobe, we selected Calacatta Gold Marble. This elegant marble, known for its beautiful veining and rich golden hues, was polished to perfection and finished with an Ogee edge.
The basement kitchen and snack bar are the perfect additions for entertaining. For the countertops, we used Cosmic Black Titanium Granite, a sleek and modern stone with subtle veining that adds both style and sophistication. The polished finish gives the countertops a sleek, glossy appearance that complements the space’s contemporary design.
In the adjacent media area, we chose Infinity White Quartzite for custom surfaces, creating a light and airy feel that contrasts beautifully with the darker tones of the granite. The result is a balanced, inviting space that’s ideal for watching movies or hosting gatherings.
