Hello there! We are excited to have our new blog up and running on our new site! We are G.M.S. Werks, a family owned that has been in business since 1924. Our company focuses on natural stone projects. Our services include furnishing, sawing, polishing, fabricating, and installing materials such as, granite, marble, travertine, slate, soapstone, quartz, and glass. We use a stone CAD system and digitizer, three CNC machines, two edge polishers, a water jet, and two bridge saws for the production. G.M.S. Werks serves Nebraska and the surrounding states and has completed various projects in other states as well.

G.M.S. Werks offers a variety of products including all countertops; bathtub walls and surrounds; tables; buffets; desks and credenzas; shower seats; walls and partitions; steps; altars; fireplace surrounds and hearths; pedestals and bases for artwork and sculptures; and various sizes of plaques for exterior and interior applications. We sell small and large blocks of natural stone for various applications including, but not limited to: sculpting; custom and premade medallions and designs; fireplace mantels; columns; floating granite spheres; natural stone cabinet knobs; floor and wall tiles (in marble, granite, travertine, limestone, slate, and porcelain); and sinks and fountains made from natural stone, stainless steel, cast iron, and ceramic.

We maintain a very large inventory of over 2,000 slabs for the customer’s convenience. The slabs range in thickness from 2cm (¾”) to 5 cm (2”) in more than 275 various selections of natural stone. This allows customers to be able to handpick the material they want and we hold the material until the project is ready to be fabricated and installed. We receive all of our materials from some of the largest quarries in the world.
