Unusual stones for your home

Whether it’s a holiday meal or backyard barbeque, entertaining is fun.  We love our natural stones for your kitchen table, bathroom sink or fireplace but there are also rare stones you can use as accessories in your home.

 

Carnelian Brown

Carnelian Brown is a reddish-brownish stone   commonly used as a healing crystal. Many times it is used for motivation, clearing the mind and prepping you to take action. Carnelian Brown has a very intricate pattern often used as a focal point for any design project. The color is a result of impurities from  iron dioxide.

 

Blue Agate

Blue agate is a favorite of many to order in slabs. The deep cobalt color is meticulously handcrafted by master artisans. It features  a repetitive circular pattern often used in rooms with a water or snow theme. Blue Agate is translucent and is a wonderful choice if you are looking for something to offer spectacular backlighting.

 

Ice Blue Calcite

Ice Blue Calcite is a delicacy to precious stone collectors. It’s part of the mineral specimen variety and has some particularly soothing qualities. This stone is also believed to have high healing powers such as increasing memory, stimulate metabolism and reinforce the immune system.

 

Jamaican Jasper
