GMS In The Werks : Pitch Pizzeria, Jambo Cat, & Mark’s Bistro

In addition to the work that we’re doing with M’s Pub, GMS Werks has recently done some stonework for three Omaha hot spots in the Dundee neighborhood : Pitch Pizzeria, Jambo Cat, and Mark’s Bistro.

If you’re not familiar with the Dundee area in Omaha, Nebraska, it’s centrally located, adjacent to Memorial and Elmwood Parks, and borders the University of Nebraska-Omaha campus. The neighborhood features historic homes and new construction, a strong sense of community, and a spirit of commitment from its residents to both care for and to beautify their little corner of Omaha.

At Pitch Pizzeria, we installed Dekton and was installed on the outside bar/patio as you can see in the photo below.

Just down the street, we also did some work at Mark’s Bistro where we installed granite countertops around the upstairs bar. If you’re not familiar with Mark’s Bistro, it has been serving up awesome food and great atmosphere since 2003. In 2015, they were voted Best Outdoor Dining Patio by Omaha Magazine’s Best of Omaha.  

In addition to the upstairs bar inside Mark’s, we also had the opportunity to install a new granite countertop in Jambo Cat, the downstairs cocktail bar and intimate live music venue.

We love being a part of so many projects in and around Omaha… And it’s so much fun to go out to eat for dinner and say, “Hey, that’s one of ours!”
