I thought I was done looking for granite for our house, but then I was referred to G.M.S. Werks and thought what the heck I’ll go check it out! After walking in and seeing the enormous selection, and speaking to Charity for just a short amount of time, I knew that I wanted to work with only G.M.S. Werks. Charity answered every question I had throughout the process in a timely manner. She is knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She never made me feel pressured, and focused on our individual tastes and wants. She is literally the reason we became customers. Terry was wonderful and took extra time to make us feel comfortable with the whole process, and even more he always returned my phone calls and emails. That can be the most frustrating part of any part of a remodel, and I never had to experience that with anyone from G.M.S. Werks. Chad did a great job when he was here to template. He spent time in the beginning answering all of Dave and my questions/concerns, and brainstormed with us how to make things look the best. The time and effort he spent on making our island exactly the shape I wanted was amazing. He followed up with an email and even a phone conversation to make absolute sure that I understood what he had done and what my options were. Thanks to Chad I have the island that I wanted, and every measurement he took could not have been more accurate. I never thought I’d be writing a special note about the person who installed my countertops. Usually the installer comes in, installs, and gets out. Jason is absolutely the opposite of that. He made me feel comfortable with every part of the installation process, and was extremely patient with any concerns I had. He made it very clear that he wanted me to be completely satisfied with what he was installing and never made me feel rushed or pressured. If there was any question about how to install a certain piece, he made sure to double check with me. For example, a piece of the backsplash from our master bath that we had decided to be installed one way, he questioned and checked with me, and we ended up changing it to something that looks so much better. Jason planned out every step of the install with his guys, making sure that nothing in our house or the quartzite itself was going to be damaged. Jason was caring, patient, informative, and professional throughout. I also have to recognize all of the men assisting with the install. They are all nice, polite, very hard workers, and I felt completely comfortable with all of them in my home. We are currently working with LeAnn for our flooring and fireplace surround. She has been so awesome to work with! She has taken the time to see our vision, visit our home, order samples, check in with me on a regular basis and make sure that I am satisfied. Our flooring we ordered and installed looks gorgeous! I can’t say enough about LeAnn's kindness, professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the trade. G.M.S. Werks is an amazing company, and that can be directly attributed to all of the people who work there. We have and will continue to refer everyone that we know to G.M.S. Werks.
